Sand Trap Outfitters Shipping Information

Shipping Details: We process and ship orders from our U.S. warehouse Monday through Friday. Unless we’ve said otherwise on the product page, all items ship from here. You’ll get tracking info emailed to you once your gear is on the move. Got questions? Hit us up at sandtrapoutfitters@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs: The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. If your order bounces back to us because it wasn’t collected or customs taxes weren’t paid, we can resend it—but you'll need to cover the second shipping charge. For more details, check out the International Orders Information below.

Delivery Times:

  • U.S. orders process within 4 business days and typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered once shipped.
  • We ship via USPS, but might switch carriers based on your order and location.
  • If your order is MIA after seven business days from shipping, drop us a line at sandtrapoutfitters@gmail.com.

Remember, delivery times are estimates. We can’t control the weather, customs delays, or other unforeseeable hiccups.

International Orders Information:

  • If your parcel is delayed, you’ll need to check with your local postal service.
  • International orders may face customs inspections and import taxes. These are unique to your country, so check with your local customs office for details.
  • Sand Trap Outfitters can’t control or pre-pay these taxes, nor will we mark packages as gifts or alter prices to dodge them.
  • For DHL orders with outstanding taxes, if you refuse to pay, the product will be destroyed and no refund will be given.
